To prioritise your requests, access the "Video Request" column in our project management tool. Ensure you're using the "Kanban board" view, where you can simply drag your requests up or down according to their priority. Your assigned editor will then work through your requests from top to bottom based on their order in the list.

You can also drop a message, tagging your team, on the request that you want to be prioritised.

This method allows you to easily manage and adjust the priority of your video editing tasks, ensuring that urgent or important requests are addressed promptly by our team.
