Our process and workflow are designed to ensure efficient and high-quality video editing services for our clients. Here's an overview:

  1. Initial Consultation/Book a call: We start with understanding your requirements and preferences. This includes discussing the type of videos you need, your editing style preferences, and any specific instructions.

  2. Sign-Up and Subscription: Based on your requirements we’ll recommend you a plan that suits your needs. You can then sign up and subscribe to our service.

  3. Onboarding Form: You'll fill out an onboarding form where you provide details about your project, including video specifications, preferred editing styles, and any other pertinent information.

  4. Editor Matching: We assign an editor best suited to handle your specific requirements. This process is based on the information provided in the onboarding form and your preferences.

  5. Workspace Setup: You'll receive an email with details about how to get started. This email will also include information about your workspace, workflows, and processes.

  6. Video Requests: You can submit your video requests through our project management tool. This can include uploading your footage, providing specific instructions, and setting priorities for each video.

  7. Editing Process: Our editor will work on your videos based on the priorities set in the project management tool. They will follow your instructions and editing preferences to create the desired content.

  8. Review and Feedback: Once the video edits are complete, you'll receive a notification to review the video. You can provide feedback and request revisions if necessary. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

  9. Final Approval and Delivery: After any revisions are made and you approve the final video, we deliver the completed video to you in the format specified.

  10. Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing support and communication throughout the process to address any questions or concerns you may have.
